All memberships are subject to equipment inspection and approval. After-hours service is not included in the monthly membership fee and is billed separately at HUA HVAC's then-current after-hours rates.

Comfort Club questions
Is the Comfort Club month-to-month?
No. The Comfort Club is a 12-month commitment billed monthly. After the initial term, it automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless canceled under the agreement.
What does priority scheduling mean?
It means preferred scheduling relative to non-members when reasonably practicable. It does not guarantee same-day, immediate, emergency or after-hours service.
Is after-hours service included in the monthly fee?
No. Active members have access to after-hours or emergency service when offered and subject to availability. After-hours diagnostic charges, travel, labor, parts, materials and applicable fees are billed separately at then-current after-hours rates.
How does the member diagnostic fee work?
During normal service hours, active members are subject to a $99 diagnostic fee when diagnostic service is performed without an approved repair. If a repair is approved, HUA HVAC provides a single repair price and the standalone diagnostic fee is not separately charged.
What does the 10% member discount apply to?
The 10% discount applies to eligible repair labor during normal service hours. It does not apply to parts, refrigerant, materials, equipment, system replacements, specialty services, permits, taxes, after-hours or emergency service, or previously discounted work.
Can any system be enrolled?
All agreements are subject to HUA HVAC inspection and approval. HUA HVAC may decline, suspend or terminate coverage for equipment that is unsafe, inaccessible, improperly installed, excessively deteriorated, repeatedly unreliable, obsolete or lacks reasonably available replacement parts.
