1. About HUA HVAC and our services

HUA HVAC provides heating, air conditioning, and HVAC maintenance and repair services in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Information on this website is general; service availability, scope, pricing, scheduling, and any warranties are determined by the specific estimate, invoice, membership agreement, or other service agreement provided to you. Requesting an appointment does not by itself confirm an appointment or authorize work.

2. HUA HVAC text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, HUA HVAC may send service-related SMS messages using Jobber or another business messaging provider. These may include responses to service inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, scheduling changes, service updates, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer support replies.

This is the HUA HVAC Service Updates messaging program. Promotional or marketing text messages, if offered, require appropriate separate consent. Consent to text messaging is not required to purchase HVAC services. You can contact us by phone instead.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, active work, invoices, and communications with HUA HVAC. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges apply. HUA HVAC does not charge a separate fee to receive our service texts.

4. Opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any HUA HVAC text message to opt out of further messages from that messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To resume messages where supported, reply START or contact us to request assistance.

Reply HELP for assistance, call (978) 327-1368, or email service@huahvac.com. For urgent heating or cooling problems, call rather than relying on a text reply.

5. Privacy and mobile information

HUA HVAC handles contact information and service records as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and text messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers helping us deliver customer messages may process information only as needed to provide those services.

6. Website use and changes

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. These website terms do not replace the terms of any separately agreed estimate, invoice, or maintenance membership. We may update these terms to reflect changes in services or communications; the effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
